- Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight – Available for bulk orders from trusted buyers, issued by a reputable international bank.
- Telegraphic Transfer (TT) Against Documents – Available for select buyers with a successful transaction history.
Note: We do not accept credit-based payments due to international transaction risks.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Pricing
To maintain competitive pricing and quality, our MOQ structure is:
- Standard MOQ: 1 Metric Ton (MT) per fruit or vegetable.
- Premium Produce: MOQ may vary depending on the product—please discuss directly for details.
Price Negotiation: Open for discussion based on order size and feasibility.
3. Quality Assurance & Inspection
We prioritize quality to ensure the best products for our buyers.
Pre-Shipment Quality Checks:
- Multiple-stage inspections to ensure freshness and adherence to standards.
- Laboratory testing available upon request (charges apply).
Third-Party Inspection (SGS, Cotecna, etc.):
- Buyers may appoint an independent inspection agency.
- The inspection cost is borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
Sample Policy:
- Samples available at nominal shipping costs.
- Bulk sample costs are adjusted in the final order.
4. Shipping & Logistics
We ensure timely global shipping through trusted logistics partners.
Shipping Terms Available:
- FOB (Free on Board) – Buyer arranges shipping from the port.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) – We handle shipping & insurance.
- CNF (Cost & Freight) – We handle shipping, buyer is responsible for insurance.
Processing & Delivery Time:
- Standard lead time: 5-10 working days after payment confirmation.
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen conditions.
Customs & Import Duties:
- Buyers must comply with their country's import regulations.
- Any customs clearance, import duties, or taxes are buyer's responsibility.
5. Packaging & Private Labeling
Our packaging ensures product safety and freshness.
Standard Packaging Options:
- Cartons, crates, and mesh bags – Based on product type.
- Customized Packaging – Available on request (additional costs may apply).
Private Labeling (For Bulk Orders):
- Buyers can opt for custom branding & labeling.
- Requires MOQ-based commitment.
6. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation:
- Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed & paid.
- Custom-packaged or labeled orders are non-refundable.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are issued only in case of proven discrepancies in product quality.
- Refunds are not provided due to changes in buyer's requirements post-dispatch.
